Parts was not enough furniture that arrived in December 2012. Then I did a mail many times. Then she sent me two times the parts does not matter at all. Both were part of a different furniture. It was said to be unable to refund two months later, it is ignored and say I want you to refund rather than a replacement. Even if the e-mail, it is a day-to-day months are also ignored then. It has been ignored more than a year and a half from buying the goods. Level of customer care of this company is very low. Moral of this company is very low. I am Japanese. It is a correspondence that discriminate against foreigners. I can not forgive absolute. Do not those who know where to complain like this. Everyone should not be bought from the company absolute. Product at a low quality, distortion immediately, mold will appear immediately.
