I purchased transcend pen drive ( jet flash 500 16GB) on 30 Aug. 2013 from flipkart.com. Flipkart gives lifetime warranty on this product. But under one year pen drive is totally unable to work. After that I phoned many times to the flipkart customer care they told me ( we are not responsible after sell service ). And did not give me a proper responce. I am not satisfied with Flipkart. This is not the way to run a company without provideing service to them customer. Flipkart wasted my valuable time in all this processes. I just want you to help me .
