I have purchased a Karbonn Mobile on November 15th, 2013 from FlipKart.com.
I was facing issue starting from May, 2014. On June 6th, 2014, I have submitted my mobile to the Karbonn Service Center. However, they failed to repair my mobile and then they sent my mobile to the Head office. Whenever I call to the head office, representative told me that "it will take 15-20" days to repair the phone. I called many times but received same reply. On july 30th, I received my phone but it was not working properly, so again, next day, On August 1st, 2014, I submitted my mobile again to Karbonn Service Center and they told me that "this time, it will be resolved very soon", today is August 25th, 2014 and I called today as well and I have received same reply that it will take 15-20 minutes. I am very frustrated..almost 3 months and my phone is still in repairing condition.
