Data speed Reduced
To Bharati Airtel
On 24/08/14, I have activated 2g data plan for 2GB per bill cycle.
After 1 hr, After consuming around 16.77MB data, (As per my Mobile data usage) I got the message as below -
“You have consumed 100% of the bill shield value on your airtel mobile. Speed will now be revised. For internet packs: dial *121*11#”
After this SMS, My speed is reduced (Download Speed reduced from 10-15 Kbps to 0.5-3.5 KBps)
As per Customercare officials (Mrs Nisha), I have used 575 MB data (I dont know how can I use within 1 hr) So to cap the Bill shield value, Speed is reduced to GPRS level instead of 2G.
Please tell me when I have 2 GB data pack then on what basis my Speed is reduced on the basis of Bill shield value.
Similar type of Problem I already faced for previous month also which I already highlighted to airtel with below email reference and same is remain unresolved -
