My Genius Pen tablet was not in running condition,so it was taken to the service center,namely In Tarvo Technologies Ltd.Kolkata, Now they are telling service center has been changed and they don't have my item,what to do ?

I called them before many times but they were always telling it was in maintenance or not ready in this 2.5 years.

I want my Pen Tablet back.
