Airtel Digital TV offers a new HD Recorder connection to new customers at INR 4999/- with free installation and 2 months of Free subscription.

For existing customers of Airtel Digital TV (not using HD Recorder box), an upgrade is costing INR 4999/- with no discount on installation and no Free subscription.

This discrimination with existing customers means a loss of INR 1080 towards installation discount and 1050 towards loss of 2 months of subscription fee for existing customers.

Airtel Digital TV services should be asked to avoid such discrimination and they offer the similar packages to old and new customers.
