Sir,
I am writing this letter with total disappiiment
I have booked 8 tickets for 2 family from dubai to tvm on 22.07.2014 and return on 15.08.2014 through airindia express online booking.total amount paid 8288 dhs.
While bookung the ticket my son Devanand was an infant and there system allowed me to book inbound abd outbound ticket in abive dates.
But while return from tvm to dubai at the airport air india staff not allowded the entire people to go in the flight because devanand became (Infant) became a child for a few days difference.
We were facing mental harassment from air india employees at the air port till 10 minutes before flight departure
Finally 10 minutes before flight departure they forced us to buy another ticket for devanand and i paid 23088 rupees to purchase the same.
I strongly believe that this is airindia express system mistake and there system should not allow me to book a return ticket if an infant complete an age of 2 years.
So kindly request you to look into the matter and get the cliam for the above amount
