"on 19th july 2014,the validity of my no. 9415721401 expired...i went to the retailer for recharge....Rs. 37 recharge was done successfully,which gave 6 months extension of validity and some free minutes...but the company also did the same recharge itself,and deducted the amount from my main balance also...i had taken no step for an automatic recharge from my mobile...and also how can two recharges,which are same,made possible by the company on the same day...
network is so bad,that they customer care executive cant here the voice on calling customer service toll free no.
i want refund of my balance as quickly as possible and also any member of bsnl service staff to contact me on the no. "
This was the complaint that i had registered against bsnl on 21st july..no contact made by the company...neither any refund done,nor any no. porting information given,when i got frustated by their poor customer service and asked for no. porting..
