I have purchased 2KW Solar Power Plant and 100L Solar Heater from Goodsun Industries, Coimbatore in Sep 2013 and Installed in Oct 2013. Solar Inverter was put in effort from Jan 2014 after we move to that house.

I have received a huge TNEB power bill in March & May and I have suspected the unit and report the problem in Apr and request them to check. Here is the Events. Appreciate, if you could look into the inverter problem and resolve it immediately without any further delay. I am sure, you will look into the customer problem and solve it. Look forward you reply.

Note to Management:
Some of the Event of the Service Request for my 2KW Power Plant. I have repeatably informing that, solar is not providing the efficiency and request them to check from April. After the inspection, engineer found that, inverter has some problem and that is reason for not taking solar energy and it is using EB power than Solar problem. That is reason for my EB bill was very high.

Spoke to Velandi again today (28.8.14) and he promised that, unit will be given next week on 2.9.14. Please make sure that, repaired unit is installed in my premises on time. Please confirm it by email
Unfortunately, there is no reply for my emails. Please please respond for emails.
Spoke to Velandi to repair it immediately (20.8.14, 22.8.14), since, my house is without inverter and several time power failure. No power during TNEB failure.
Spoke to Velusamy, Velandi to take the inverter and taken the inverter for Service on 17.8.14
Engineer Tharmalingam visit on: 2.8.14
Spoke to Velandi again to check the unit.
Promised that Engineer will visit on 23.7.14 - No one turned up.
Was trying to speak to Velandi and Velusamy and both are not taken the calls. Finally, call was taken during third week of July.
Spoke to Velandi and Velusamy on 3.7.14 to check the effici8ency, since, my EB bill was very high
Email sent on 1.7.14 and ask them to visit and check the unit. No response
Spoke to Velusamy on: 11.6.14
Email sent again on: 3.5.14 - Since, my EB bill was very high, suspected the unit and request them to check. No response
