Complaint Details
1.The Complainant purchased a Cot – 01061 1.8 M 6*6.5 , from the opposite Party for a consideration of Rs. 16,500/- paid in credit through Bajaj Finance Pvt.Ltd vide Cash Memo/Receipt/Invoice No: E 456 , dated 10.06.2013.
2. The Complainant submits that the said good broke on 20th January 2014. Hardly 5 months was only completed at the time of broke. On the next day, the damage was informed and the image of the damage was sent to the Manager of the Furniture Showroom.
3. The Complainant submits that, he has reported the above matter to [Opposite Party] Manager and their Staffs for several times right from the damage. But despite all the Complainant pleadings they have not made good the defect in the goods (or deficiency in services) which is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness like.
4. The Complainant submits that, No serviceman visited house for the service from the date of the damage. There was no response from the Opposite Party and Staffs themselves do not understand what’s the defect occurred in the product. The Opposite Party was in an intension to prolong the issue. The Opposite Party is responsible for the same. And haven’t supervised the staffs. They are not duty conscious.
