To Airtel Services,

With dissatisfaction, I wish to state that I ordered for Airtel 4G Dongle Services.

where I have received an opened/used Airtel Dongle, Immediately I told and dialled up the person who has provided this dongle to me, But no response from the person even after 8 phone calls.

Finally the person picked up the call through another number and I requested a new dongle on last Thursday, but no update till now.

Please refer the attached Payment details for the amount we paid and do the needful to avoid unnecessary issues.
