I had purchased a tablet named Ubislate 7Ci from Datawind S/L No: P314132340354577. I had put a pattern lock in it & forgot it. According to their instructions, complaint ID: 0421KR1495, I sent my device to their Gurgaon Service Centre, through Professional Couriers docket no:TVM4512547, on April 29 2014. But now, even after 4 months the are not returned my device. I have called & emailed them many times but each time they tell I will get it back within 7 days, but never got it. I have the docket slip, & all related documents with me. Please take necessary steps to get me my tablet.
