Complaint Details
i paid an amt of 699/- on the interest of winning a contest;which did not materialize.hence the fund has to refunded which was not done but they stated those are added on to my account as credit points using which i can shop anything else.when i tried shopping it is not allowing me to use thiss points.when i tried to contact them;none of them responde.it has been happening since a year till now.plz help us to teach a lesson to such theives.
