Dear Sir,
I have lodged a complaint for cancellation of my policy No.005972727 with reference No. 32264395 and you have ensured that information regarding cancellation of policy will be given within 15 working days but six months have been gone and I have not received any information from your side. Sir , you are humble request to take necessary action to cancelled my policy because this policy was taken in pressure given by your branch manager Patna by offering dinner set.
Therefore, I request you to kindly cancelled my policy document as soon as possible and take necessary action against your branch bearer who has given fake temptations to the customer on his mobile number. For this act of your kindness I shall ever grateful to you.
