Today around 11'o clock I have done the recharge of Rs.330 and Rs.149 3G data pack on my Airtel Pre-Paid Number (9560308768) and within few hours it got over though I have not used it. I have called up the customer care and asked for the usage details but they couldn't provide anything.They have not intimated that my data balance is got over instead of that they just simply deducted my call balance too.
Till yesterday it was post paid and every month I was getting bill of higher amount than expected so I was forced to switch to Pre-paid which got activated today itself.
Becuase of unclear reaons of deductions I thought of moving to some other provider. As per the standard procedure I sent a text message to 1900. (PORT
"Namaste! You have entered an incorrect code, Please text PORT
I tried thrice and end up in paying 1 rupee for each sms with no success.
Though its a matter of nominal amount but it's a breach in the integrity and trust.
Please look into the issue as per your earliest convenience.
