Complaint Details
I made a purchase of Apple IPAD Air(Order 403-8600680-8069967) for Rs 749 on 26th August,2014 and it got cancelled on 29th August,2014 because the seller had displayed the price incorrectly. However, as a genuine customer, I had made a valid purchase and after 3 days I get mails saying that the order was cancelled and the refund was initiated. Also, the customer executives gave conflicting information when I spoke to them. As a customer, aren't I entitled for the product at the discounted price?
