Complaint Details
I booked my house hold luggages from Delhi to Chennai with Olympia International Packers & Movers, a Vadodara based company.
I booked on 14 th July 2014 and the operator (Mr Sandeep Singh Mobile number 9810774462) told me that it will reach in 7 to 8 days.
But after a long wait I received my partial luggage on 28 th July. Till today (3rd Sep 2014) I didn't receive 2 of my luggages. Initially
Company person told me that it will be reached within few days, but later he switched off his cellphone. Now he is not
traceable. Company is not attending my phone as well. Landline no is also changed.

Also, the operator took extra money for insuring the house hold goods but he didn't insure my goods. No insurance bill was given to me.
When I asked, he told me, that the insurance copy is with him and he will send it by speed post. But this person is now not traceable,
what should I do?
