Complaint Details
1. I am serving person of Indian Army. Presently on leave. I was traveled through National Highway 4 on 21 Aug 2014 with my own vehicle from Peth Naka to Belgaum. When I passed to toll plaza Kini their I have paid Toll fees of Rs 70. In this same way when I passed to Toll plaza Kagal and Hatargi their I have exempted for toll fees due to Army persons are not allowed to pay the toll fees.
2. Above mentioned complaint has been register to National Highway Authority of India vide their complaint No TC#3869 on 23 Aug 2014. I also reminded them on the same on 27 Aug 2014.
3. National Highway Authority of India has not taken action or replied me so far.
4. In view of the above you are requested to take a necessary action accordingly.
