Complaint Details
This is Snehal Mehta and I had travelled to Belgium and UK in April. I had taken every precaution and even had a local number active while out of the country. However, I have received a Vodafone invoice for month of May with a huge bill of 1.63lakhs due to data consumption charges of 1.3L. The major data consumption is for 1.5 hours in the UK for something that I have not used or utilised. Being a handicap and senior citizen, I'm not into many mobile applications and social media formats. Besides, being a very cautious and honest customer, I have not had any dues against me in the last 10-12 years with Vodafone. With this disputed amount, Im being asked to pay for it and now even agents are threatening me to cough up the money. Request help in resolving this. Have attached key documents in my support to state my case. Have also included the letter from Vodafone that has just come.
