Courier to following address requested from TrackOn, Haldwani (District Nainital, Uttarakhand) on 1-Sep-2014, Monday (I don’t have the docket/shipment number)… F-117 (First Floor), Sector-27, Noida, UP-201301. After several follow-ups due to delay in courier delivery, I got a call from a courier person on 6-Sep-2014, Saturday at around 12:00 PM when there was no one at home. In a very ill-mannered way, he asked me about my whereabouts and why I am not responding when he’s ringing the door-bell, as if I have wasted his precious time. To which I also responded badly as I was already frustrated with the delay in delivery and no clue after several follow-ups. And his ill-tempered behaviour boosted my frustration. After the heated argument, he said he won’t do the delivery and hung the call. I feel helpless as I still don’t have a clue about the courier which has medical reports of my elderly father who is in a critical situation and needs to be examined as soon as possible.
