Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a footwear on dated 28-06-2014 of price 269/- from dealer - address xxxx(bill no. xxx attached).
but within 3 week backbelt of that footwear gets out. As per warranty i approached to dealer on dated 22-07-2017 to repair the same damage. At that time he told me that he will send the footwear to company for claiming the repair work, and asked me to come after 3 days.
After 3 days when i approached to him to collect my footwear, he replied me that company is not able to repair your footwear. And so company is ready to give you claim of Rs 202. You can purchase any footwear of Rs 202 or more. But at time dealer have no more stock to select other footwear, he asked me to come after one week as new stock is supposed to come. So again i visited dealer after one week, but that time also he have no other stock of footwear than previous time. At time time I asked him I don't want to purchase new footwear as not a single footwear is of my choice here, so better you give return my previous footwear without repair, i will do it repair myself. But he rudely refused to give that footwear back to me & force to purchase me another one from available stock.
