Airtel sent promotion SMS for extra data of 1.5GB for rupees 154.00, when the recharge was done the data received was only 525MB and when the issue was raised with Airtel office various excuses were given and formal complaint was logged but nothing was resolved only excuses and blame game played saying the promotion was discontinued, i wonder how can a promotion be discontinued within 20 minutes of the promotion SMS sent, Airtel company is taking the customers for a ride.
