Complaint Details
I have paid Rs 25000 (proof avlble) to Apollo Value Card Pvt Ltd for combined package for 5 persons for Mediclaim (Apollo Munich Optima Restore) and Holiday Voucher in Apr 2014. I have not recd any regn doc towards policy document or travel voucher. Demand for refund for not providing services is not being processed. My phone has been blocked. Kindly inspect and help to get refund of my paid money.
