Complaint Details
I have ordered 3 items vide order # 8361319, but due to non-availability of stock with Yepme I have to cancel the order of 2 items on 08-Aug-2014.
Since then it's been a month I do not received my Refund yet of Rs. 741/-.
For the refund I continuously following up with Yepme Customer care, but every time they says that it will take 3-4 days more as the refund is already initiated.
In last week on Monday I have called Yepme were the lady told me that it will take 1 week for the process.
EVERY TIME SAME EXCUSES!
I AM TOTALLY DIS-SATISFIED AND VERY UPSET WITH YEPME REFUND POLICY.
