This is to notify you that the Reliance broadband connection at D507, Gulmohor Paradise Homes, Kharadi, Pune 411014 is not working for over 15 days now.Complaint was launched on 23rd of August through phone , but was never resolved and closed the next day. Henceforth, another complain ( #224143042) was filed against the same problem on 24th of August. Several calls to the customer service representative was fruitless, as they neither was helpful and no clue on the situation and always responded saying the problem will be resolved within 24 hours. Furthermore, when asked to connect to a supervisor , they never escalated the call and was very rude . As a customer I felt very bad and neglected about the treatment by the customer service representative as it was not at all professional from their end. After trying for over 3 days, finally got to speak to a supervisor, but she also failed to resolve the issue, giving excuse of outage in the area and failed to call back customer as promised.

As a customer I have lost my patience, time and money for not having internet connection at home for over 2 weeks now, and further the ill treatment by the customer service representative made it more worse for me.

I will be highly obliged if you can look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
