Hi,
Have recharged my number 8892347340 with 25 rs for 4 days of data plan on 8 Sep'14 7:33 pm on Paytm (Paytm order no: 590138922), And recharge was sucessfull( Even got message on Mobile). However, data plan is not yet activated (its almost 24 hrs now). Due to this have lost 40Rs from main account. When contacted customer service 2 times there was rude response from the executive(including one senior executive), and they refused to file a complaint.
When I called first time the senior executive disconnect the call in between without giving any solution to my problem and i need to call back and explain my problem once again and the second executive made me to wait for almost 3 minute until my balance get over.This is an serious issue the customer is facing.
