Complaint Details
I have purchased batteries on 9th August 2014, They were in faulty condition, I have re-ordered the same batteries. But again same thing happened. So I have asked the DELL mechanic to check it.
When he returned the batteries, it was not the same which I have purchased and he refused my claim.
