Complaint Details
I purchased an electrolux Salsa Care Washing machine 2 years ago. Now just when it was past the warranty it stopped with Error code E12 on pcb.
when contacted the service care they said there is AMC but it needs to be on working piece. Now no one informed me whie buying about this AMC extended one which is shitty.
The error is not repairable and pcb needs replacement which is costing 5000. now i ordered that and waiting for last 7 days while today i got sms that the complain number is closed and a new number is given why ??? I need the above number to be opened and i need the pcb for free as i cant pay for something which i was not informed in first place.
