ebay shipped me faulty canon scanner and when i complain for replacing faulty scanner they refused my claim and he did not replaced faulty scanner.after this i called and emailed many times but they behave rudely and threaten me and tell what do you want to do you can do.after he told me you not given me any information for return this product so i refused your claim.but i have some prove of email which i send in ebay claim department. i am sending you supporting document regarding this case.please help me sir i beg to say that your's faithfully.I WANT OTHER SCANNER OR REFUND MONEY.
