Dear Sir/Ma'am, Last month on 3rd August 2014, I have purchase airtel wifi dongle with post paid connection (No# +91-70421-35553). I have subscribe the plan of 8GB Unlimited means upto 8GB speed will be 3G Speed and post 8GB speed will be slow as 2G. I have confirmed with airtel 121 representative about the consumption of my bill till 23rd August (Last bill generation date). And he have confirmed me that 7.2 GB approx. was consumed. I am okay with this information. But as on today i.e, 10th September 2014 my data consumption is showing as 8.2GB and speed is very slow. I am very much sure that I haven't used this 8.2 GB. And as per me they have combined last month consumption with this month. (7.2GB + 1GB) . I have asked airtel person to provide me the details of the consumption 8.2 GB (from 24th August 2014 to 10th Septmber). Their reply is to wait till next bill generation. They are killing me. I have to use that slow internet for next 15 days? I have genrated this complaint to them 2 days back and they are not responding to my complaints with the proper solution. I am really suffering my work. They are claiming that I have used 8.2GB in last 12 days. If is that so, please ask them to provide with complete details of internet usage. Here, I am very much confident, because I am the single user of that Dongle. Please resolve my this issue.
