we have opted for 3 year AMC (annual maintenance contract) which is valid till 22nd september 2015. According to the contract, they have to change a candle annually and come for a clean up service once in 6 months. They have not changed the candle and as a result their is problem in the water flow. we had lodged a complaint on friday with the customer care people, and we were informed that the complaint would be attended within 24 hours. Given the next day was saturday they had to send someone atleast on monday, but to no avail. Finally, we spoke to Harshini Enterprises twice today, and finally 2 people came from their end and said they will be back only tomorrow with the candle. We are annoyed with the service they provide. Every time, we have to inform them of the service, not the other way round. They are interested only till they collect the AMC, and we have to do the follow-up. This is not the way an enterprise functions, kindly do something about it.
