I recently bought a membership in Country Vacations and this has been my WORST decision.

1. I was told that the annual maintenance charge (AMC) will be 8, 500 for me and my parents. They raised it to 10, 500 without notification. It took almost 6 months to get this sorted. That also happened only because they want me to pay more money under the pretext of lumpsum payment of AMC.

2. I was told that the AMC will not change for 30 years. Now I am informed that it will change every 3 years.

3. No one is available to answer any call or attend to your issues.

4. All sales people do not answer calls once the sale is made.

5. Writing to or calling their so called customer care brings no response.

PLEASE DO NOT EVERY PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY> IT IS FRAUD AND CHEAT
