Complaint Details
I have purchased 3 Breads & cookie pack.(bill copy attached)Its their product, from Moshes Cafe.
MRP is clearly mentioned on both the products, then also i was charged 12.5% vat and service tax 4.94% on MRP.
total of MRP is Rs316 & i paid Rs340.
There was no kind of services involved in cafe, I walked in purchased the items and walked out.

Please help to give justice to innocent consumers, who are blindly paying higher than MRP, as vat & service tax.
