Complaint Details
1. On 9th September 2014, Rs. 669/- (rupees six hundred sixty nine) only was transferred vide UTR No. HSBCN14252171038 to the ICICI Bank Account bearing number 001105022959 against BigRock.com Invoice bearing transaction ID 45668834 for the renewal of my internet domain ariana-communications.com;
2. On 10th September 2014, BigRock.com claimed by e-mail that, BigRock.com
has not received the payment for the said invoice and the internet showed the following information:
“This domain name expired on Sep 10 2014 10:10AM”;
3. On 11th September 2014, an e-mail was sent to Mr. Bhavin M Turakhia, the founder of BigRock.com at bhavint@directi.com requesting him to renew the said domain immediately as the payment has already been made and a copy of the said e-mail was also faxed to BigRock.com Billing at +91-22-3079-7508;
4. The BigRock.com website still shows that:
“Payment is pending against your order: Renewal of ariana-communications.com for 1 year
Total Cost: INR 669.00
Your domain has expired. Any Services dependent upon the domain will not work.”
