HBB corporation is a Mumbai based service agency. I have purchased their AMC for housekeeping service (monthly cleaning, AC, carpentry/electrical/plumbing/civil service) starting June 2014.

Address:4/34, New Amrut Nagar, Sarvoday CHS., Opp Uttam book depot, Bandra (E), 400051 Phone: +91 22 655 655 20 I have purchased their AMC for housekeeping service (monthly cleaning, AC, carpentry/electrical/plumbing/civil service) starting June 2014. My Customer no with HBB is 0136 There was proper (and good) service provided for the months of June and July. However there was no cleaning service provided in Month of August nor there was any communication form them. Reason given was staff being leave for Ganpati festival. Despite repeated reminders and false assurance given by HBB there is no service provided and nobody responsible to take up the matter. I have called N number of times in last 3 weeks most of the time nobody picks up the phone or they pick up only to be told we will call you back with appointment for cleaning service. I feel like being cheated and would want refund with compensation for work not done
