Hi,
I have placed an online order from Kalazone Silk Mills (Order No. 27029) on 17th Aug 2014 and after rigorous follow up, the order has been dispatched on 30th Aug 2014 by ARAMEX Courier.

But the order has not been delivered yet. In ARAMEX website, I have tried to track the order and also posted complaints but every time, I get to see that the order has reached destination and out for delivery but it is almost a month now that I have placed the order but not received it.

Please help.
Also, please find attached all the details related to the order and the courier.

I am currently in U.S. and I have placed the order online in the name of my father Dr. Chandan Kumar Roy and to be delivered to my home address in India (Agartala, Tripura). But the order has not yet been delivered.

I tried my best to follow up with Kalazone Silk Mills and ARAMEX from U.S. but in vain. I am very frustrated and have no idea how to deal with the matter. The order amount is worth of Rs.4561. And I don't know if my money is lost.

Please help. Also, please let me know if you need any other details in addition to what have been provided in the attachments.
