.I had purchased KARBAN S1 PLUS.. IMEI 911305351562302.. phone 2 days back but within 2 days only i got a problem in my phone like hanging and touch screen and memori remove problem and all ....and then as i was out of mumbai coudnt repair my phone so as soon as i came back i gave my phone for repairing and i got it back after 10- 12 days and then after using it for 2 days i faced the same problem again ..as i dint hav much tym to gve it for repairing i used it as it was and after 2 days the display of my phone turned white so i went to the gallery to repair it again so i was told it will take 45 days more to get it repaired ..so i asked y 45 days so i got the ans that our process works like that only ..they are like if u want u can repair it from some where else ..wts this ...? is this the service ull provide to ur customers ? .i am really very dis satisfied with this phone and would rate a 0 for the service which KARBAN is providing ..i would not lyk to promote this brand at all..and would also advice other people reading this that not to take any brand of karban ....its worst phone i hav ever seen...i am also trying to call on the toll free number 08040894888..18001024660 for any complaint but no one is answering my call ...where should i complaint thn wts the use of the toll free number its really vry unfair ..my cont no.9773125239I took my phone KARBAN S1 PLUS not even a month passed and it got spoiled then i gave it for reparing and bought it back again it got spoiled then i asked the company i got an answer from there that the processer is like that only ..i really made a biggest mistake in my life by buying this phone if i would know that it would work like this then i would have never buyed this phone and the service gvn by customer is also vry vry bad ..i really vry disatisfied buy its service ..the company says to wait for 45days ...they are seriously impossible i have used samsung phone also but they hav better services than this...if i had so much time to wait for 45days then y could i buy the phone it would be better if i would hav buyed it after 45 days nly ..the mobile warranty is of 1 year from which 2 mnths hav already been wasted in repairing it ..i havn't used it yet ..it seems like i have maid the full payment i.e the real price and buyed a second hand phone infact worst than a second hand phone ...i was thinking to buy TATINUM S9 but looking at these services i wil never evn think of buying any phone of this company...i just want the company to take this phone back and gve me a new phone which wil not spoil like this or gve me my money back ... On 1/5/2014 that means 4 months since that time i havn't used my phone ..In 4 month 4 times i have given my phone in the gallery because of the ur bad service..my phone is gone for service in the gallery since that time..i dont understand why have i buyed the phone ..jst for repairing ..???...
I m fed up of this.. such a bad experience i have never faced with any other phone..although i would say that a second hand phone would also be much bettr than this..
M fed up of sending mails and complaints ...i would just make a humble request to either give me a new phone or give me my cash back...otherwise il have to go the consumer court to file a complaint against ur company...that would be my next step if u dont pay me my loss...
