Sir, I have booked one flat in Prateek Wisteria( F-1201) in the month of July 2010 through Prateek authorised broker M/s Bricks & Mortar Global Real Estate Advisory Pvt. Ltd. Noida. That time we directly contact to Prateek,
They told us to book with broker only. After negotiation broker issued credit note of 2.5% of Basic Cost, that is
Around 92000/-. Broker told that you make your payment to Prateek, we will release your credit note payment. I
have made 95% payment but till date broker has not honour his commitment. After several follow-up with Broker
there r no result. Lastly we go to meet Tiwari je (M.D) and his vice president. That time tiwari je had promised us
that he will hold the payment of Bricks and mortar and his commission amount will adjusted proportionately
basis before final payment. I have contact Prateek office, they send one mail and refused all the discussion had
with them. Request you look the issue and do the need ful. I have each and every document with me. If you
