I have ordered Bajaj FX-11 food processor on from Snapdeal on 3rd sept14.
Snapdeal have sent sms on my registered mobile dated 4th Sept at 11.59 am "Order no: 2749900674 has been Handed Over to Blue-Dart Surface Courier. Tracking no is 57979754652 and will reach you on or before sept 07 2014".
I have check on 5th-sept that tracking no is not traceable on Blue Dart site. I call the blue dart to get details but they said that they don’t have any information about this MAWB no.
Post this I have called Snapdeal customer care. They ensure me that parcel will get delivered on Expected date ie 7th September. Will check why the parcel is not tracking on Bule dart. After that I have continuously following up with snap deal Till 11th sept 14.
When i ask snap deal why the product is not deliver they are blaming Blue dart that they have miss place the parcel while delivering.
Now I can see that blue dart shows that the parcel is pickup on 10th sept and will get deliver on 12th-sept. 12th-sept at 6.46pm the product is still not deliverer.
I want what is the root cause in between two status and mistakes that happened-
1. What is date on for Delivery of product
2. Between 4th-sept to 10th-sept
3. 2. Between 10th-Sept to 12th-Sept.
It can clearly see that snapdeal is using my money for long time and now bule dart is also not giving the perfect status on parcel. If this happening to other customer too.
I have already wasted my precious time and money to call you 20-25 times still have not received parcel.
I want the parcel to be delivered at today itself and compensation for the inconvenient causes to me from last 7-8 days.
