Hello, I want register a complaint against I.S Techno Service Center of Amberpet, Hyderabad. I called them on 18 July 2014, when our Godrej (Model GFP 220 T Pentacool double door) fridge stopped cooling. First of all, their technicians don't have the skills to repair a fridge, I know that now. They told us the gas in the fridge needs to be refilled. So we paid 2200/- for it including all the service and spare part replacement. Then when after few days fridge stopped cooling again, we called them to inform, actually had to call them many times . They came to check the fridge and told us the compressor needs to be replaced , since there is some fault in it. When
we asked them why they didn't tell us this the first time, they just shrugged and told us they don't know who came the the first time. Such an irresponsible behavior! So we even paid 5600/- for the compressor to be replaced. Again the cooling stopped, for the lower part of fridge, only the freezer compartment was cooling. And again we called them for days, and they kept on saying, they'll send some one. And by god's miracle/curse, two people came to check it, and told us to switch off the fridge for one day, so the ice can melt in the freezer. It'll work properly after that. And they left. Next day even the freezer stopped cooling. Even though I knew calling them is just waste
of time, I called cause their service was still under warranty. And they bluntly told us that it'll cost 1400/- to repair it. Repair what?! I don't know. Heck I am sure even they didn't knew. They just charge people unnecessary. Their license should be cancelled for providing such a poor service!! I regretting the day I first called them. .
