Hi,

We got call centre equipment and services from Tata Telecom activated on 31 July, 2014. The activation was done in a haste and had multiple functional issues like : 1. No caller id, 2. no call hunting, 3. No call centre software as promised

We were forced to use our call centre equipment as a landline number. Despite raising multiple complaints ( can forward u the mails), there was no action from there side.

We were supposed to shift to our new premises on 1 Sept, 2014. We had raised request at Tata on 22-23 August to shift the equipment timely so that our operations are not hit. I have sent more than 10 mails to them regarding the shifting but still hasnt been catered to. My rental started on 1 Sept, 2014 and now I am making loss on it becuase of negligence of my vendor.

This has led to substantial business and economic loss to us. I am being penalised for their negligence. The height of arrogance was when I received the bill from their end for the period 13 July tp 12 August. (when I had been mentioning in all my mails that I will not be making any payments since my issues are resloved)

I have escalated this issue to many senior people at the vendor but it has fallen on deaf ears.

I would be very grateful if you can help us in this regard. Please note that the complaint is not from an individual but from a Private Limited Company.

I am not looking for any compensation but to get my issues resolved at the earliest.
