Complaint Details
I had booked air tickets from Mumbai to Goa. The complainee cancelled my tickets on 4th August 2014 and informed me by mail that the refund of RS 17664.00 shall be done within 12 days. But I have not received any refund from the complainee. Please refer to attachment for the snap shot of the mail sent by them.
