my account number is: 06826511000193
I deposited all instalments of my car loan. I was told that interest rate will remain same through out the loan period but Bank applied more interest rate than told at the time of taking loan. In 2014 when OBC can provide a loan @11 pa interest rate than why my car loan has been applied with @14 pa interest rate. Difference comes about 20000 rs. please correct the standing amount and relieve me from that extra burden.
