My parcel is coming from delhi to bangalore , it reached in bangalore , inland courier from chikpet branch bangalore called me to collect the courier as they can't deliver as only one parcel is of my area, then I said I can't come their u have to deliver the same , he said he ll think, then I called again after one day he said the same reply that he can't , I called Kolkata head office they said to call delhi office, I called delhi office they said the same words which bangalore office said that they can't deliver. They also said that they ll return back the courier and same reply I got from Kolkata head office.If courier companies ll do this thing then better to shutdown such companies or take proper action against this, customer has to face difficulty in every respects, I want that courier people ll deliver the same to my address and they should treat customer properly .
