First let me introduce you; Name: Kalpesh Kankariya Number: 9833610361 Complain against: Tikona Broadband Company Customer ID: 1109531410 City: Kalwa West (400605) State: Maharashtra My strong complaint is against Tikona Broadband. Details of the same are below; 1- I took connectin on 22nd De'13 for 6 mponths with pre payment and requested to relocate Tikona in Mar 2014, after all details 2- Tikona did not relocated my connection saying tower's un availability within reange of 500m and kept sending me bills. I did NOT got connection after my relocation request. 3- Tikona people came in April 2014 regretted the relocation. Also customer care informed that modem of old buliding will be directly taken pout by there representative. 4- Still I am getting bills AND i am getting threatening calls from their collection agency saying that Tikona is filing a case against me for not paying bills. My isssues are (harassment by TIKONA) ; 1- They kept sending me bills and i choose not to pay. Does that mean, a bill has to be paid (even after no connection?) 2- Customer care and billing dept is saying its not there job to look for connection. Asper tehre system there visited person has not updated the system so they are suppose to call for bills 3- I get call saying your Summon number is 121081098 and Mukadma no. is DCA/480851 and i have to go to nearest police station to collect summon or else police will take action. 4- They call and ask me to pay the bill for the connection which i am not using and modem which is not at my end within half an hour or else I will have to appear in front of court. 5- They are saying bill is auto generated so there customer care cannot help ime in this 7- Now people posing as lawers are calling me on behalf of Tikona (which Tikona will deny) then how can they have my informations and customer ID which was only with Tikona. Its my humble request to please look into this matter, because it not only my problem rather a large number of people who leave tikona are facing this harassment. We are working class and cannot divert our energy and focus to this harassments.
