hello sir i have two current a/c in hdfc bank (bilaspur c.g. 495001 main branch) rahul sonthalia- 07712000005467 rohan sonthalia-07712000005450 on 27/7/2014 morning i gave all required formalities to hdfc bank representative mr.amit khare contact no.(9827119588) but till date 28/8/2014 did not start my sip a/c.i call lots of call to representative mr.amit khare for solving the problem but he gave me always unsatisfied answer. on 29/8/2014 my one a/c (rohan sonthalia-07712000005450) has clear the cheaque in favor of hdfc balanced fund.and other one not so i called again to mr.amit khare so i gave me again unsatiesfied answer.when i told him for giving my folio no.of both a/c so he told me i drop a msg on your mobile.after 2 days i dont have my folio no. i call him again so he continuously disconnected my call.on 5/9/2014 i call him again for giving me my folio no he told me again same answer but still i dont know my folio no and monthly sip statement. today 17/9/2014 i call him again for giving folio no.so he told me he dont have any folio no and talk to me very rudly and disconnect the call then i am calling customercare tollfree no.and i discuss my problem with custmorecare representative they told me my kyc form not submitted yet and go branch office for further information and till date i dont have any officially e-mail message or any kind of communication from hdfc bank.
