ON 06SEP14 I TRY TO RECHARGE MY FREINDS MOBILE
NUMBER THROUGH AIRTEL APPLICATION BUT IT WAS
MISTAKENLY RECHARGED TO MY NUMBER, THE PACK I
RECHARGED WAS 3G PACK OF RS 255 FOR 28DAYS. BUT
AM ALREADY USING 2G PACK OF RS 145 WHICH ENDS ON
18SEP14. SO I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE ON
06SEP14 AND EXPLAIN THE ISSUE TO THE OFFICIAL
TALKED TO ME. I ASKED HIM TO REVERSE THE MONEY
AND CANCEL THE 3G PACK FOR MY NUMBER. HE
ASSURED ME THAT YO WILL GET YOUR BACK VERY SOON.
I WAITED FOR A DAY BUT I DID NOT GET THE MONEY
BACK. SO I CALLED ONCE AGAIN ON 08SEP14 THIS TIME
ALSO THE OFFICIAL ASSURED ME MONEY WILL BE
CREDITED TO YOU SOON. I WAITED I DID NOT GET
ANYTHING SINCE 12SEP14. AGAIN I CALLED THE
CUSTOMER CARE BUT THIS TIME OFFICIAL TOLD ME YOU
USED THE BENEFITS OF THE PACK SO YOU WONT GET
YOUR MONEY BACK TO YOUR NUMBER. ACTUALLY I
BELEIVE THEIR WORDS AND THEN ONLY I USED THE
INTERNET. PLEASE DO ME A FAVOUR
