SERIOUS ISSUE -ITEM STOLEN AND CHANGED IN THE WAY
SIR/MADAM,
This is to inform you that i sent an item through speed post and the "product is changed in the way" and receiver refused to accept it but status is showing delivered .This is a very serious issue for me as the item was of cost Rs 13000. ,and at the same time it is a big question mark on the India post department.Please resolve the issue on the priority basis.
