I bought an LG-refridgerator from www.snapdeal.com on 7th sep14. The order reference number is 2784773719. It was supposed to be shipped by 10th Sep14. Today is 21Sep2014. and i have called , emailed snapdeal customer care 15-20 times, but they have not at all bothered to respond whatsoever. Now they are saying that they will cancel the order, but until today they have not even cancelled the order. Customer care is like talking to a tape recorder. Repeats the same message "we have prioritised ur complaint, and we will get back to you in 24-48 hours". But they have not done anything.
So, I want to lodge a formal complaint with CFBP.
