I, piamber joshi serving in Army and havig sving bank Ac in SBI ,Lalpur Ranchi with Ac/no. 30098204837 .Sir I did transction by ATM , radium road Ranchi for Rs 4000/- but I received Rs 1000/- (one Thousand only) for that I used my debit card no.6220180305700264073 on 01092014 at exact 18:47 hrs, and ATM ID is S10A000167035 when this incident happened I complained it to Gaurd and at the same time I check my balance and also the ministatement which shows deduction of Rs 4000/- I am surprise bcz I still not got Rs 3000/- , next day ( Tuesday) bank holiday that is why I complained to SBI costomer care in mobile , my complain no. AT429213729133 and waited for 7 days , they reply that Transaction is successfull . I surprised and feel cheated and again I Approch to my Branch SBI Lalpur Ranchi and file complain in written application they did not reply me in written but forward my complain in again system and system reply me the same , my second complain no. AT 429213843862.
Sir or madam really I notice you this problem not only for Rs 3000/- but mental harrasement bcz of this also really sir Iam.not only surprising but also feeling cheated by bank as a costomer .
Bank said CCTV footage is not required as it can not help me to take out from this problem and if Idemand it I have to pay Rs 1700/- . Very easily they kick this type of costomer means like me because as a big national company one rare cases can not affect thier dignity .
Sir money is money and as a sepoy in Army that money is quite meaningful .
By all this I am assured that you will resoved this problem .
Sir one thing I must say if my case can not resolve you must do something solid action that CCTV video footage must be fixed in ATM so that it can make notice how much money ATM dispenses By this my case or many cases like this can solved easily and no one costomer feels Cheated as a costomer.
